  • Can I distribute Templates, Guides etc. Within My Organization?
    Unfortunately, each order is good for one user; however, if you would like to distribute templates throughout your organization, please get in touch with us to provide more information and package deals we have for organizations. We offer custom social media templates and content as well.
  • How Do I Access Templates?
    • After purchase, you will receive a link to access a PDF File • The PDF file will have the Canva links to all of the templates you purchased • Each link will take you directly to the specified template • You will have the ability to edit in Canva and save.
  • What Are the Hours of Operation?
    Hours of Operations are from Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm. Orders received after 4pm will be worked starting the next day.
  • Do You Offer Customize Templates?
    Yes, we offer these services to Organizations looking to receive a specific volume of templates and marketing material like, guides, postcards, newsletters and more. Please give us a call or email for more details.
  • What is the Refund Policy?
    Unfortunately, for digital products there is no refund policy. Once the products are downloaded they can be used at anytime and it not able to be returned. If there is an error with your order we will gladly correct it.
